Once the Job is complete, the invoice needs to be reviewed and sent to the client.
- To view all invoices go to the Invoices Hub.
- To create an invoice we recommend you do so from the Quote record for greater ease and efficiency.
- You can also create a new invoice by selecting 'New Invoice' on any of the Hub pages.
We will illustrate this below.
Create Invoice from Quote
Below you will see how you can create an invoice from a quote record. This process with use the existing Quote information and any updated information you provide to seamlessly generate a new invoice record.
Invoice Record
From the Invoice record you can update the Invoice, add products/services and/or clone the Invoice. Follow the Guided process provided to assist you with actioning the invoice.
Details TAB
Under the Details Tab you will see more information on the Invoice Key Dates and who the Invoice is being prepared or needs to be sent to. This information will be used when you Generate the Invoice File.

To generate the Invoice once it has been finalised, click on the 'Generate Invoice File' button at the top right of the page.
