To view all existing Quotes:
- Go to the Sales Hub
- Then select the Quotes TAB.
You can create a Quote from the Opportunity or from the 'New Quote' button on any of the Hub pages.
View Quote
Within the Quote record you will be able to prepare and update the Quote and create a Job and Invoice.
You can also add any Tasks or Events than need to be actioned. These will be viewable from your Home Page for quick reference.
Prepare and Update Quote
Update Quote information by going to the 'Prepare/Update Quote' TAB and follow the prompts provided.
Once you have added these line items, you will then be given the option to Preview Quote
NOTE: Only those will access to our Smart Document component will be able to Generate a Word document or PDF version of the Quote.
Add Line Items
If you want to add more Line items to the Quote once it has been created you can:
- Go to the 'Add Items' TAB where you will be able to choose from the catalogue that your Admin has setup.
- The Line Items once added will appear under the 'Related Line Items' TAB.
Creating Job
Once the Quote has been finalised, you can choose to 'Create Job' using the existing Quote information. Follow the prompts provided and enter the new Job details to be updated.
Create Invoice
You can also create an invoice using the information from the Quote by going to the 'Create Invoice' TAB and following the prompts provided.
