You will find all existing Customer Accounts and Contacts within the Customers Hub.
NOTE: The second tab displays customer contacts grouped by account.
Each TAB can be filtered and specific records can be searched for within the grid.
Customer Account Record
Within the Account record you will find the account details, items related to the account (eg. Contacts, Enquiries, Cases) and related activities.
Related Items
From the Account you can access all the items linked to this account. Simply click on the relevant TAB and then the Name of the record you would like to go to eg. Kai Mercado.
