As the Administrator you will need to deal with issues that have been assigned to you by Planners, Achievers and even Leaders. You may need to raise an Issue too.
Issues are raised if an item needs to be clarified or resolved before further action can take place.
To support achievers and planners we suggest you complete their courses. We have also provided answers to FAQs you may received from others below.
You will find All Issues in the Issues TAB under More. Here you can easily see their status and outcome as time progresses.
To view a specific issue in more detail click on the name of the issue under the Issue column.
Issue Record Page
Within the Issue record Page you will see the status of the Issue, comments made by the individual that assigned this Issue to you.
You can review the issue and mark the relevant stage as complete.
