One of your roles as Administrator is to manage cases raised by Achievers, Planners and Leaders. These cases will appear in the Home Page under Cases. You will see their status and who they have been raised by. To view the case in greater detail click  "View" or the "Case Number".

This record page will appear showing the detail of the Case.
