Enquiries can come from your organisation's website, phone or email.
When Enquiries are created from your website or through the 'New Enquiry' button on the hub pages you will find them in the Enquiries Hub.
You can view these existing enquiries, update and/or create an Enquiry from this Hub.
Enquiry Charts
At the top of the hub you will see charts on enquiries eg. Enquiries by Status. These will provide a visual snapshot of data within this area of your organisation.
All Enquiries Grid
In the grid you will be able to see ALL the enquiries your organisation has received, filtered by Created Date.
You can search this grid to find a specific record or filter based on the Status of the Enquiry eg. New.
