Activity Timeline
To view all tasks and events associated with a record go to the Activity TAB on the bottom right of the record page.
You can click on the arrow next to the task/event to view an overview of its details.
To view the task or event record click on the name of the task/event in purple.
You will then be taken to this page where you can update the detail of the task/event, clone or delete it.
Update Tasks
Go to the 'Update Tasks' TAB to create an task or edit the detail of an existing task. These tasks once created will appear in the Activity TAB of the record.
Update Events
Go to the 'Update Events' TAB (where present on a record) to create an event or edit the detail of an existing event. NOTE: A meeting would be a New Event.
